Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Zsiros Antal ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the software ("Software") available at https://www.antal.ai/.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to:

Use, modify, and incorporate the Software into their own products.
Distribute and sell products that include the Software.
2. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

Publish, disclose, or make the source code of the Software publicly available in any form.
Distribute the source code to any third party in a manner that allows them to use, modify, or redistribute it.
3. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Indemnification

The Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Licensee's use of the Software.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Amendments

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on https://www.antal.ai/ or upon notification to the Licensee.
